The following policies apply to all pets that reside at this community:

• All pets must be properly licensed with all preventive shots up to date.
• Any dogs of the following breeds or a mix of the following breeds will not be allowed at this community:

1. Chow-chow.
2. German Shepherd.
3. Doberman Pinscher.
4. Pit Bull Terrier.
5. American Stafford Terrier.
6. Rottweiler .
7. Akita .
8. Bull Mastiff.
9. American Bulldog.
10.  Mixed breed with aggressive tendencies.
